Thanksgiving Schedule:

M-W: normal schedule

Thursday: 8am-9:30am group workout only (squat and partner WOD)

Friday: 5am-12pm normal (class 5/6:15/9am, open gym 5am-12pm)

Functional Fitness

M-F: 5am/9am/5pm

T/Th: 6pm

Hybrid Strength & Conditioning

M-F: 12pm & 4pm 

Burn

M-F: 6:15am and also M/W: 6pm

Junior High/High School after school program

4-5pm M-F (this group will be doing a scaled down version of Hybrid class)

Open Gym

M-Th: 5am-7pm

Friday: 5am-6pm

Saturday: 8am-10am

*during class times open gym must be done in PT/Open gym room

Saturday

Weightlifting/Gymnastics technique: 7:00am-8:00am (alternate weekends which one we do)
